May 26, 2012 BATON ROUGE – Today, Governor Bobby Jindal signed HB 314 by Representative Johnny Berthelot, which eliminates eleven state boards and commissions that are inactive, can be absorbed by other existing boards or agencies or have fulfilled their original mission. The legislation is part of the Governor’s 2012 legislative package.
