Feb 22, 2013 BATON ROUGE - Today, Governor Bobby Jindal announced the appointment of Missy Graves to the D.A.R.E. Advisory Board. The D.A.R.E. Advisory Board serves to develop, promote, monitor and evaluate the D.A.R.E. Program throughout the state of Louisiana and regulate the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement regarding the performance of its duties in relation to the D.A.R.E. Program. According to the executive order, the board is comprised of thirteen members, who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the governor, and selected as follows:
Missy Graves, of Baton Rouge, is the Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Safe and Drug Free Communities and the Executive Director of the Drug Policy Board. Graves will be appointed to serve as a representative of the Governor’s Drug Policy Board, as required by statute. ### |
